CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF
Job Responsibilities :
- Communicate and provide information on port services and registration to customers; Ensure that all documents are processed accurately and in compliance with port and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum diploma IV or bachelor’s degree (S1) of Business/Logistic Administration, Information Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Port Management & Terminal Operator industry or other similar industries.
- Have a good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Have an excellent administrative and attention to detail.
- Willing to be placed in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan.
PORT OPERATION PLANNER
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate plans to accommodate ship and goods services at the Taboneo floating terminal; Collaborate with a range of stakeholders; Carry out analyses and evaluation of port performance in order to achieve increased terminal occupancy and availability.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor degree of Industrial Engineering/Transportation Management.
- Min. 2 years of experience in the same or related position.
- Understanding about port operation management.
- Have a good planning and scheduling skills.
- Have a good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good command in English, both oral and written.
- Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan.
MARINIE, SAFETY & SECURITY
Job Responsibilities :
- Organize and conduct safety drills in port areas; Ensure operational port activity running smoothly and comply with safety regulations in company.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) of Maritime Transportation Management, Public Health, Occupational Safety & Health.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Port Management & Terminal Operator industry or other similar industries.
- Able to conduct risk assessments and respond to emergencies.
- Preferably certified related to AK3U/PFSO.
- Willing to be placed in Taboneo, South Kalimantan.
