1. Billing & AR Officer
Responsibilities 
  1. Handle day-to-day operations related to Billing and Accounts Receivable matters (e.g. posting journals, prepare and send invoices and supporting documents)
  2. Monitor and follow up Accounts Receivable to ensure payment will be received timely
  3. Verify all payment vouchers before paid to suppliers
  4. Support Treasury Officer to prepare bank transfer and posting to SAP
  5. Manage renewal process of insurances every year
  6. Prepare Finance and Insurance reports to management and external parties
  7. Handle IT administration matters



Requirements 
  • Minimum Diploma degree in Accounting
  • Minimum 1 year experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Holding certificate of Brevet A & B will be an advantage
  • Familiar in working with MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, SAP or any other accounting programs
  • Strong attention to detail and good with numbers
  • Good attitude, honest and strong integrity
  • Adaptive to work in an agile environment
  • Able to communicate in English both written and spoken



2. Payroll & Personnel Services Officer
Responsibilities 
  • Manage and execute payroll process activities such as calculate, proceed and report salary, incentive, overtime, etc
  • Managing employee taxes
  • Manage leave reports
  • Handling employee personal & master data
  • Handling employee compensation and benefits such as life and health insurance, pension fund, allowances, etc
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures regarding compensation and benefits officer



Requirements 
  • Diploma degree from Tax is a must (other majors with minimum 1 year experience as Payroll/Compensation benefits officer are welcome to apply)
  • Familiar in working with MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, SAP
  • Holding certificate of Brevet A & B will be an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and good with numbers
  • Cood attitude, honest and strong integrity
  • Adaptive to work in an agile environment
  • Able to communicate in English both written and spoken



3. Marketing Administration Officer
Responsibilities 
  1. Handling administration in marketing & business development department such as invoicing, reimbursement, business trip settlement, etc
  2. Handling and stock opname of company merchandise
  3. Supporting company event such as marketing event, company exhibition, seminar, etc
  4. Creating report of marketing event, sales report, and marketing effectiveness
  5. Supporting company digital marketing & social media activities
  6. Supporting administration for goverment relation activities such as creating agreement letter, legal document, etc
  7. Supporting product development activities such as handle product asset data, dealer administration, etc



Requirements 
  1. Diploma degree from Marketing Management or Business Administration is a must
  2. Minimum 1 year experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  3. Familiar in working with MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, SAP
  4. Strong attention to detail and good with numbers
  5. Good attitude, honest and strong integrity
  6. Adaptive to work in an agile environment
  7. Able to communicate in English both written and spoken
