CUSTOMER RELATION OFFICER
Qualifications 
  • High School or Diploma Degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality or F&B industry
  • A service & people-oriented person
  • Experienced in using Microsoft Office Software
  • Able to communicate in English both spoken & written
  • Well-groomed and a have a pleasant personality



Job Description 
  • Maintain our loyal customers by giving personal touch in greeting & assisting them at G CARD Lounge
  • Handle complaints & provide solutions
  • Administer G CARD transactions
  • Ensure the facilities in G CARD Lounge are running well for customer convenience
  • Able to connect professionally and positively with the customers
  • Creating reports as required



CONCIERGE OFFICER
Qualifications 
  • Diploma (D3) or Bachelor Degree from any major
  • Understanding the essential of hospitality standards
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Able to speak other international language
  • Responsible, reliable and possess a professional presentation
  • Outstanding customer services skill is required
  • Technology Savvy


Job Description 
  • Greet & assist customers
  • Maintain a positive & professional attitude toward customers
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate & quick solutions
  • Administer G CARD transactions
  • In charge of creating reports to Customer Service Supervisor
  • Ensure the facilities are running well for customer convenience
