Responsibilities:
- As a Management Trainee for the Parts Department Head position, you will participate in a comprehensive development program focused on the functions of the Parts Department.
- Oversee Parts Department function, from strategy implementation in marketing, logistics, parts inventory management, to warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with company procedures to support efficient department operations and achieve corporate objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree (S1) from Mechanical, Electrical, and other relevant engineering major
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Minimum GPA of 3,00 (on a 4.0 scale) from reputable university
- Interested in sales, marketing & business activities
- Computer literacy is a must
- Possess a strong analytical thinking, good leadership, communication & interpersonal skill, confident, self-motivated
- Confident, self-motivated, target driven, and adaptable
- Willing to be placed in all Traktor Nusantara Branch
- Proficient in English, both oral and written
