Management Trainee - Administration Department Head
Responsibilities:
- As a Management Trainee Administration Department Head, you will follow an extensive development program on several functions related to our branch administrative functions.
- Oversee, manage, assess, and execute standard operating procedures (SOP) related to finance, accounting, human resources, sustainability, and general affairs within our branch
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree (S1) in Economic, Management, Business & Accounting
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Minimum GPA 3,00 (4 scaled) from reputable university
- Possess a good analytical thinking, interpersonal & leadership skills, able to work in a team, and work under tight schedules
- Demonstrates confidence, self-motivation, attention to detail, adaptability, and a strong sense of service.
- Computer literacy is a must
- Organization & other leadership experience is a plus
- Willing to be placed in all Traktor Nusantara Branch
- Proficient in English, both oral and written
