Saat ini membutuhkan tenaga kerja untuk menempati posisi sebagai:
1. Procurement Dept. Head
Responsibilities
- Selection and evaluation supplier.
- Collaborate with related department for quality audit.
- Review and confirm contracts.
- Managing contract implementation and supplier performance.
- Procurement budget management.
- Monitoring stock availability.
- Administration of deal history and negotiations with suppliers.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree from any major.
- Preferably experienced in the same field min. 2 year.
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skill.
- Honest, disciplined, and able to work as a team.
- Analytical abillities, strategic thinking, decision making.
- Fluent in english, both oral and written.
- Have a good negotiation skill and risk management skill.
- Willing to be placed at Depok, Jawa Barat.
2. Social Media Marketing Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall marketing and business goals.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPls) and track metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns.
- Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms.
- Monitor and respond to audience comments, messages, and mentions on social media channels.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including both organic and paid efforts.
- Prepare and present reports on social media performance to key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Lead/SPV or similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Familiarity with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
- Basic graphic design skills and knowledge of multimedia content creation tools.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willing to be place at Depok, West Java.
3. Maintenance Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Maintain the mechanical and electrical integrity of new installations and existing systems.
- Planning, executing and controlling maintenance work.
- Carrying out surveys and preparing RAB.
- Creating layouts with AutoCAD.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- In-depth knowledge about RAB Project, the concept of building, plumbing and the basic of electricity.
- At least 1 year experience in related position.
- Able to use AutoCAD.
- Having knowledge about how the machines and generator works.
- Willing to go on business trip.
- Willing to be placed at Depok, West Java and Semarang, Central Java.
4. IT Support Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Ensure daily operations run smoothly.
- Ensure IT asset maintenance and management runs well.
- Provide information technology solutions that suit company needs.
- Coordinate IT Operation projects carried out by branch teams.
- Manage documents required for IT operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology.
- Proven experience (at least two years) as a IT Support Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong troubleshooting skills on hardware, software, networks, operating systems (Windows, Linux) and servers.
- Experienced in maintenance and administration of IT assets and asset management systems.
- Good commucation skills.
- Having an IT certification will be an advantage.
- Willing to be place at Depok, West Java.
5. Network Operation Center Staff
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring internet network for HO & Branch servers (internet Uptime).
- Follow up to the ISP if having problems getting connected to a network.
- Ticketing.
- Troubleshooting store problems & POS application problems via remote.
Requirements:
SMK (Computer Engineering and Networks/TKJ).
Male, maximum 27 years old.
At least 1 year experience in related position.
Willing to be placed at Depok, Jawa Barat.
6. Trainer Staff
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with management to identify company training needs.
- Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.
- Prepare hard copy training materials such as module summaries, video and presentations.
- Evaluate training program.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any field.
- Minimum of 1 years of proven experience in training, especially in the automotive field.
- Willing to go on a business trip.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Impressive communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Placement in Depok, West Java.
