- Maintain our loyal customers by giving personal touch in greeting & assisting them at G CARD Lounge
- Handle complaints & provide solutions
- Administer G CARD transactions
- Ensure the facilities in G CARD Lounge are running well for customer convenience
- Able to connect professionally and positively with the customers
- Creating reports as required
CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER
Qualifications
- Have 1-2 years of experience in hospitality industry
- A service and people-oriented person
- Able to communicate in English both spoken and written

Qualifications
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor Degree from any major
- Understanding the essential of hospitality standards
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Able to speak other international language
- Responsible, reliable and possess a professional presentation
