Job Description:


1) Content Strategy and Planning
  • Develop a social media content strategy aligned with the Group's objectives and target audience messaging.
  • Conduct research to identify industry trends, popular topics, and competitor strategies.
  • Plan and schedule content calendars to ensure consistent and timely delivery of engaging content that reflects the Group’s vision and values.



2) Content Creation
  • Shoot, film, and edit compelling, original content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
  • Write engaging, concise copy for posts, captions, and hashtags.
  • Edit and optimize content for maximum impact, considering platform-specific best practices.
  • Stay current with social media trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices.
  • Experiment with new formats, techniques, and features to maintain a fresh and innovative approach to content creation.
  • Curate user-generated content that reinforces the Group's values and showcases customer experiences.
  • Leverage storytelling techniques to effectively convey the Group's mission and impact.



3) Aligning with Regional Direction & Across the Group
  • Ensure all content materials and direction align with regional messaging, look, and feel.
  • Incorporate the following into content strategy: on-ground content that resonates with our brand as set by the Group, including events, Allstar stories, and other directives from the Group.
  • Collaborate with regional teams and internal stakeholders to adapt content for specific cultural nuances and preferences while adhering to the Group’s direction.
  • Work with subject matter experts and external contributors to gather information and insights for content creation.
  • Maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams, including communications and marketing, to ensure content aligns with the Group’s overall social media strategies.




4) Reporting & Insights
  • Create bi-weekly reports for your market.
  • Assist with any ad hoc reports as requested.
  • Utilize business solution tools such as Digimind and Hootsuite to gather and leverage data.
  • Support decision-making based on collected data.
  • Navigate and resolve any crises related to our social media channels.
  • Collaborate with the Group’s social media team to proactively prepare content that addresses potential crisis situations.
  • Ensure all crisis communication aligns with the brand’s voice, values, and messaging.



Who You Are:
  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree holder in marketing, or equivalent.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Capable of working with minimal guidance or supervision, with strong time management skills.
  • An assertive team player with high energy, ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
