Job Desk
- In line with the global agenda for the Net Zero Emission (NZE) target, Bank Mandiri is committed to conducting sustainable practices in its business and operations.
- ESG/sustainability is a continuously evolving landscape and thus we are currently expanding our ESG team to support Bank Mandiri’s commitment towards the NZE goals.
- We are looking for candidates with relevant sustainability and ESG reporting backgrounds to join our team.
- The successful candidate is expected to have a strong interest in general ESG trends and topics, as well as a keen eye for details on data/disclosure quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study (Master's degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in the management consulting field, experience in ESG projects is a plus.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills (professional proficiency in English), both written and verbal, to effectively present ESG information to internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, measure performance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Have a good knowledge and passion for ESG & Sustainability
- Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
