1. General Affairs
Requirements
- S1 in any major
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply, experience in related field will be beneficial (minimum 1 year)
- Good command in English
- Advance Computer Literate, Microsoft Excel
- Advance in Canva/Photoshop
Responsibility :
- Maintain good communication with Tenants & Vendor
- Handling office’s F&B
- Handling administration process
2. Purchasing /Procurement Staff
Requirements
- S1 in IT/ Economics
- Experience in related field will be beneficial (minimum 1-2 years)
- Good command in English
- Good command in Computer Literate
- Possessing certification as Procurement Specialist (CPSp) will be beneficial
Responsibility :
- Conduct pitching activity process Goods & Services (vendor
- review, pitching, scoring, appointing vendor, and reporting)
- Maintain communication with internal and external related to vendor evaluation activity
- Maintain procurement activity according to company’s guideline and compliance
