Qualifications 
  • Diploma degree (D3) from any major
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of working experience as a Supervisor especially in the hospitality industry
  • Customer service oriented
  • Able to handle customer complaint
  • Excellent in English both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in computer skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Have a pleasant personality and well-groomed
  • Have good leadership skills, interpersonal skills and be able to conduct training



Job Description 
  1. Monitoring Customer Service team’s work
  2. Perform loyality program activities, survey activities, update the loyality program database and provide analysis of key customer data insight
  3. Ensure the Grand Indonesia Mobile App is always up-to-date with all recent loyalty program activities
  4. Ensure both complaints and Lost & Found to be handled properly according to the Departement standard and regularly report to Customer Service Coordinator
  5. Manage the staff’s daily schedule and ensure they are on their schedule
