Supervisor Customer Service
Qualifications
- Diploma degree (D3) from any major
- Have a minimum of 2 years of working experience as a Supervisor especially in the hospitality industry
- Customer service oriented
- Able to handle customer complaint
- Excellent in English both written and spoken
- Proficiency in computer skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Have a pleasant personality and well-groomed
- Have good leadership skills, interpersonal skills and be able to conduct training
Job Description
- Monitoring Customer Service team’s work
- Perform loyality program activities, survey activities, update the loyality program database and provide analysis of key customer data insight
- Ensure the Grand Indonesia Mobile App is always up-to-date with all recent loyalty program activities
- Ensure both complaints and Lost & Found to be handled properly according to the Departement standard and regularly report to Customer Service Coordinator
- Manage the staff’s daily schedule and ensure they are on their schedule
