LoQerja.com - PT. Bali Towerindo Sentra Tbk (BALI) bergerak dalam bidang operasi dan penyewaan gedung menara atau menara telekomunikasi dan fasilitas telekomunikasi.  Saat ini membutuhkan tenaga kerja untuk menempati posisi sebagai:

 

1. Customer Relations Officer

Responsibilities 

• Generate and send accurate bills to customers on a regular basis
• Follow up with customers to collect payments in a timely manner
• Handle customer inquiries related to billing, account status, and service changes
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or upgrade existing packages
• Prepare regular reports on billing activities, collections, and sales performance
• Educate customers on new products, features, and promotional offers and achieve sales targets and objectives related to upselling initiatives

Requirements 

1. Candidate must process at least Bachelor’s Degree from any major
2. At least 3 years of working experience in related field is required for this position (Telecommunication or Internet Service Provider company)
3. Able to make presentations with corporate clients, negotiation, and persuasive communication
4. Proficient in Ms. Office

2. Residential Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities 

• Responsible to target sales achievement of sales channel corner
• Lead, guide, and manage direct sales team and ensure to achieve sales target
• Overseeing the development of less experienced members of team as well as dealer
• Drive sales plan through the sales channel corner in given geographical areas, and communicating the company view point and sales tactics, plan, and campaign
• Maximize sales through effective use of business KPI’s and performance management process
• Ensuring deadlines and targets are achieve whilst maintaining number of corner and sales team

Requirements 

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field
2. At least 3 years of working experience in related field is required for this position (as leader or supervisor)
3. Good knowledge about ISP products into residential
4. Strong analytical, sales strategy, leadership, excellent communication skill, target oriented, and customer oriented
