Job Description:
- Monitoring Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay updated on developments in the regulatory landscape, particularly related to the Capital Market sector.
- Advisory Role for Board Compliance:
- Provide strategic advice to the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Promoting Corporate Governance:
- Support the implementation of good corporate governance practices, including:
- Timely disclosure of information to the public.
- Submitting reports to regulatory authorities.
- Organizing General Meetings of Shareholders.
- Coordinating Board meetings.
- Facilitating corporate orientation programs.
- Stakeholder Liaison:
- Act as a liaison between the company, shareholders, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders.
Functional Responsibilities:
- Meeting Management:
- Organize and document meetings for the Board of Directors, Board of Commissioners, and Committees.
- Report Compilation:
- Oversee the creation of the Annual Report and Sustainability Report for the Company.
- Communication Coordination:
- Serve as the central communication point between the Company and Committees under the Board of Commissioners.
- Leadership in Corporate Actions:
- Lead and oversee the implementation of Corporate Actions by the Company.
