1. Customer Relations Officer
Qualifications :
  • High School or Diploma Degree with a minimum of 2 years experience in hospitality or F&B industry.
  • A service & people-oriented person.
  • Experienced in using Microsoft Office.
  • Able to communicate in English, both spoken & written.
  • Well-groomed and a have a pleasant personality.



Job Descriptions :
  • Maintain our loyal customers by giving a personal touch in greeting & assisting them at G CARD Lounge.
  • Handle complaints & provide solutions.
  • Administer G CARD transactions.
  • Ensure the facilities in G CARD Lounge are running well for customer convenience.
  • Able to connect professionally and positively with the customers. 



2. Customer Service Officer
Qualifications 
  • High School or Diploma Degree with a minimum of 1 years experience in hospitality industry.
  • A service and people-oriented person.
  • Experienced in using Microsoft Office.
  • Able to communicate in English, both spoken & written
  • Technology savvy.
  • Well-groomed and a have a pleasant personality.



Job Descriptions 
  • Greet & assist customers.
  • Maintain a positive & professional attitude toward customers.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate & quick solutions.
  • Administer G CARD transactions.
  • Ensure the facilities are running well for customer convenience.
