Job Description:
- Manage the administration of variable pay programs, ensure accurate calculations, and timely payouts.
- Analyzing compensation data and trends to make informed decisions and recommendations regarding compensation adjustments, benefits changes, and other reward-related matters.
- Ensuring that all compensation and benefits programs comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Support the annual budgeting process by providing data and insights related to compensation costs and trends.
- Deploy effective communication strategies and success metrics in relation to rewards system to the employees.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree with minimum 3-4 years of experience in a related field.
- Experience in compensation and rewards management, preferably within the financial services industry or banking industry.
- Proficiency in compensation analysis and benchmarking tools, HR information systems (HRIS), and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Proactive mindset, constantly seeking opportunities to enhance compensation and rewards programs.
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
