MAP FUTURE LEADERS PROGRAM (MANAGEMENT TRAINEE)
- MAP Future Leaders Program is a management trainee program that aimed to prepare future leaders at MAP through understanding the 360 degrees function in retail for MAP Active Business Unit
1. MAP FUTURE LEADER OPERATION
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s graduates from any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00
- Having 1 year or more internship experience is a plus
- Maximum 2 years working experience
- Willing to work in operation shift and be placed all over the place in Indonesia
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Good communication skills, agile, high adaptability and resilient with good analytical thinking
2. MAP FUTURE LEADER MERCHANDISING
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s graduates from any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00
- Having 1 year or more internship experience is a plus
- Maximum 2 years working experience
- Willing to be placed all over the place in Indonesia
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Good communication skills, agile, high adaptability and resilient with good analytical thinking
3. MAP FUTURE LEADER INFORMATION AND TECHNOLOGY

- Having 1 year or more internship experience is a plus
- Maximum 2 years working experience
