PROCUREMENT STAFF
Responsibilities :
- Generate purchase request (PR) and convert them into Purchase Orders (PO), and ensure compliance with company regulations
- Oversee and control purchase orders, monitor the delivery of goods, manage inventory, and coordinate shipments
- Conduct negotiations on pricing, contract terms, and conditions to secure favorable agreements
- Develop strong and ethical relationships with suppliers, with good business practices
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any major
- At least 2 years experience as purchasing or procurement
- Familiar with telecommunication materials
- Understanding of import process regulation will be an advantage
- Familiar with Oracle system
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Placement : Office Thamrin – Jakarta Pusat
