1. Customer Service Officer
Qualifications :
  • Have 1-2 years of experience in hospitality industry
  • A service and people-oriented person
  • Able to communicate in English both spoken and written

Job Description :
  1. Greet & assist customers
  2. Maintain a positive & professional attitude toward customers
  3. Handle complaint, provide appropriate & quick solution
  4. Administer G CARD transactions
  5. In charge of creating reports to Customer Service Supervisor
  6. Ensure the facilities are running well for customer convenience



2. Supervisor Customer Service
Qualifications :
  • Diploma degree (D3) from any major
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of working experience as a Supervisor especially in the hospitality industry
  • Customer service oriented
  • Able to handle customer complaint
  • Excellent in English both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in computer skills (word, excel and powerpoint)
  • Have a pleasant personality and well-groomed
  • Have good leadership skills, interpersonal skills and be able to conduct training



Job Description :
  1. Monitoring Customer Service team’s work
  2. Perform loyalty program activities, survey activities, update the loyalty program database and provide analysis of key customer data insight
  3. Ensure the Grand Indonesia Mobile App is always up-to-date with all recent loyalty program activities
  4. Ensure both complaints and Lost & Found to be handled properly according to the Departement standard and regularly report to Customer Service Coordinator
  5. Manage the staff’s daily schedule and ensure they are on their schedule



3. Concierge Officer
Qualifications :
  • Diploma (D3) or Bachelor Degree from any major
  • Understanding the essential of hospitality standards
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Able to speak other international language
  • Responsible, reliable and possess a professional presentation
  • Outstanding customer services skill is required
  • Technology Savvy



Job Description :
  1. Build and maintain good relationship with customers
  2. Provide excellent service to customers
  3. Monitor and ensure all public facilities are running well as standard
  4. Monitor the execution of Grand Indonesia tenant’s promotional programa and activities
