Business Development, Seller Edu Trainer

Job Description

Conduct training on all fundamental courses for mall and non-mall seller via physical training and online training
Create and maintain training material
Update & align content with Operations & Features Team
Keep internal staff up to date with latest updates via commercial meeting and newsletter
Collect all Training data and Report to all relevant stakeholders
Create examination on all Courses & update to ensure staff’s understanding of topics
Collaborate with other teams to support seller training project
Monitor and push feature adoption after training and report to all stakeholders

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above
Good communication & Presentation skill
Minimum 1 year experience in conduct Training (both offline and online)
Good data management skills and familiar with Excel would be an advantage
