ACCOUNT MANAGER

Responsibilities :

Looking for new customers (account) and following up on the needs of existing customers
Become a point of contract with customers, identifying opportunities and closing sales, and collaboarating with internal teams on the customer side
Preparing sales quotations, contracts, reports, and serving customer feedback
Preparing solutions to solve customer problems by investigating problems and offering solutions
Generate new sales revenue, increase customer satisfaction and maximize penetration to ensure ROI can be achieved

Requirements :

Candidate must pocess at least Bachelor’s Degree from any major
Minimum 3 years of working experience in related field is required for this position (Telecommunication or Internet Service Provider company)
Able to make presentations with corporate clients, sales strategy, negotiation, and persuasive communication
Placement Thamrin – Jakarta
