1. Quality Control Mechanical Electrical
- Responsible for monitoring, checking quality, and ensuring mechanical & electrical process are in accordance with predetermined standards
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- 2-3 years of working experience as Quality Control Mechanical Electrical
- Experienced in property developer
- Excellent problem solving skill, analytical thinking, and working in team
- Willing to be placed in Tangerang Area

- Responsible for managing and supervising construction progress in the field according to projects assigned
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from reputable university
- 2-3 years of working experience as Site Engineering or Project Management

3. Project Management Officer (MEP)
- Overseeing and managing the construction of buildings. Responsible for implementations and monitoring of all mechanical and electrical works at site
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Have 1-3 years experience in Project Management or as Slte Engineer handling Mechanical and Electrical
- Strong analytical problem solving and management skill
- Attention to detail and good communication skill

4. Cost Control Specialist
- Controlling the project costs, evaluating project, and conducting project cos/benefit analysis
Requirements :

- Quick-witted and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Requirements :

- Analytical problem solving ability

- Must be certified in Brevet AB
- Good leadership, communication, and analytical thinking
