Posko Trainee Program has purposes to develop your skills and provide
great opportunity to be Managerial Support Professionals. With 12 months
program, you will get exposure of dynamic business challenges with both
in-class and on the job training.

- Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Metallurgy, Industry, Chemistry, Environment)
- Economics (Accounting, Tax)
- Management (Business, Human Resources, Administration)
- Law
- Information & Technology (IT)
- Psychology
- Public Relation, Communication
- Korean Literature
- Other major are welcome to apply
Persyaratan
- Bachelor Degree from Indonesian or Overseas University
- Have 1-2 years work experience in related field will be poin plus
- Good communication skill with fluency in English
- Willing to be place in Cilegon (Plant Site) / Jakarta (Sales & Marketing)
- Willing to complete the program until finish and follow the official bond
- Able to speak Korean will be an advantage
