Job Desk
- Responsible for work plan and delivery
- Responsible for checking and controlling distribution operational costs
- Controlling the spare parts cost, fleet maintenance, and monitor the stock inventories
- Ensure delivery orders (DO) are clear and in accordance before delivery
- Responsible for permission (vehicle licenses, road documents, etc.) and completeness of the vehicles safety kit (K3) before departure and after returning from clients/ other suppliers
- Make reports related to distribution activities
- Responsible for work equipment in the distribution administration area such as computers, printers, stationery, etc.
Kualifikasi
- Min. S1 All Majors
- Min. 1 year working experience in Distribution position
- Proficient in operating Ms. Office / Open Office and other digital technologies
